- Make sure the home has curb appeal curb appeal-trim bushes and branches that hide the house, mow, edge and lay fresh bark,
- Clean, clean, clean
- Declutter -get rid of the items that won’t be moving with you and put away personal photos and valuables.
- Rearrange furniture- Home should appear spacious and bright.
- Repairs- Hire a professional to inspect the roof, attic and crawl space.
